About Livin

Livin is a network of Market Mayors — working Realtors who actually live in the city they cover and who hold editorial voice over its public guide. Pair them with vetted local businesses and you get a city that introduces itself the way a knowledgeable friend would.

How it works

1. The Mayor. One per city. They write the articles, pick the local businesses worth knowing about, and answer questions from new arrivals.
2. The Vendors. Curated by the Mayor, not bought by the highest bidder. Each city's Vendors are the ones the Mayor would actually recommend.
3. You. Browse the city, read the guide, get matched with the right people. No ads we sold. No SEO-bait listings.

Why this exists

Most “find a Realtor” sites pay top spot to whoever bids the most. Most “best of” lists are pay-to-play. Livin flips both: the Mayor is elected (one per city), and the Vendors are endorsed individually.
